A flagship LED video wall bringing seasonal campaigns to life
The challenge
M&S wanted its Greek flagship to carry the same campaign energy as its London stores — but printed banners couldn't keep pace with weekly campaign changes, and the prime wall above the service counter sat underused. The store needed a display solution that could switch content instantly and run reliably without dedicated on-site staff.
Our approach
We designed and installed a multi-panel LED video wall above the central service area, sized to the sightlines of the main aisle. Content is orchestrated through Product.me — campaigns are scheduled centrally, swapped in minutes, and monitored remotely, with our team handling maintenance. The same platform reports playback and uptime, so marketing knows exactly what ran and when.
